Buy Vardenafil Tablet Online
Vardenafil, the most effective and potent treatment for erectile dysfunction that works for almost all men, is the active ingredient in Vardenafil 10 mg. It acts faster and lasts up to 50% longer than sildenafil. Patients need to take less of it to receive the same or better effects due to its potency. Studies have indicated that the active ingredient in 10 mg of Vardenafil is more effective than those in Sildenafil and Tadalafil.
Important Information
Vardenafil can cause a sharp and potentially fatal drop in blood pressure when used with certain other drugs. Vardenafil should not be used in conjunction with riociguat (Adempas) or nitrate medications such as nitroglycerin.
If you become suddenly blind, stop taking Vardenafil and get emergency medical help.
Call your doctor or seek emergency medical attention if your erection hurts or does not go away after four hours.

Why is this medication prescribed?
Vardenafil is used to treat men with erectile dysfunction, also referred to as impotence—the inability to get or keep an erection. One drug that is classified as a phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor is vardenafil. Blood flow to the penis is increased during sexual excitement. An erection is the outcome of the increased blood flow. Neither libido nor erectile dysfunction are treated by vardenafil. Pregnancy cannot be avoided or sexually transmitted infections like HIV stopped by vardenafil.
Before taking this medicine
If you have an allergy to vardenafil, you should avoid using it.
Vardenafil can cause a sharp and potentially fatal drop in blood pressure when used with certain other drugs. Vardenafil should not be taken if you also take riociguat or nitrate medicine for chest discomfort or cardiac problems. Among the nitrates are isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, and nitroglycerin. Nitrates are also present in some recreational drugs, such as amyl nitrate or nitrite.
To ensure that using vardenafil won’t harm you, let your doctor know if you have:
- heart disease, heart rhythm problems;
- a recent history (in the past 6 months) of a heart attack, stroke, or congestive heart failure;
- a familial or personal history of extended QT syndrome;
- high or low blood pressure;
- seizures;
- illness affecting the liver, and kidneys, or if receiving dialysis
- a bleeding disorder such as hemophilia;
- a stomach ulcer;
- problems with vision or hearing, a history of visual loss;
- a hereditary eye disorder like retinitis pigmentosa;
- if someone has told you not to have sex because of health issues.
Vardenafil may reduce blood flow to the optic nerve in the eye, which may result in an abrupt loss of vision. This has happened to a small proportion of vardenafil and related medicine users. Most of these people also had some pre-existing eye disorders or risk factors for blood vessel illnesses, such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, smoking, or being older than 50. It’s unknown if vardenafil is the real culprit behind vision loss. While it is not expected to be harmful to a fetus, vardenafil is not advised for usage in women.
Although it is not advised for women to use vardenafil, it is unknown if it could have an impact on a child who is nursing or turn up in breast milk.

Precautions
Before using vardenafil, let your doctor or pharmacist know if you have any additional sensitivities or if you are allergic to it. This product contains inactive substances that may cause allergic reactions or other problems. See your pharmacist for additional information.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all of your medical history before taking this medication, especially if it includes: heart issues, such as a heart attack or potentially fatal irregular heartbeat within the last six months; angina or chest pain; heart failure; stroke within the same time frame; kidney disease with dialysis; liver disease; high or low blood pressure; severe dehydration; penis conditions, such as angulation, fibrosis/scarring, Peyronie’s disease; a history of excruciating or protracted erection priapism; diseases that may raise the risk of priapism, like leukemia, multiple myeloma, sickle cell anemia; problems with the eyes, like retinitis pigmentosa; sudden loss of vision, NAION; bleeding disorders; and active ulcers in the stomach.
QT prolongation is a heart rhythm abnormality that can be brought on by vardenafil. In rare cases, QT prolongation can cause life-threatening symptoms like fast or irregular heartbeat and acute dizziness and fainting, which call for prompt medical intervention.
Your risk of acquiring QT prolongation may be increased if you have certain medical problems or use other drugs that can cause QT prolongation. Before using vardenafil, let your doctor or pharmacist know about all of the medications you use. Additionally, you should inform them if you have a family history of heart problems or if you currently have any cardiac diseases, such as heart failure, a sluggish heartbeat, or QT prolongation in the EKG.
Furthermore, low potassium or magnesium levels in the blood can increase your risk of QT prolongation. Your risk may increase if you have certain medical conditions like excessive perspiration, diarrhea, or vomiting, or if you take certain medications (such as diuretics or water pills). See your doctor for advice on using vardenafil safely.
This medication may cause blurred vision or dizziness. Alcohol and drugs can both make vertigo worse. Avoid driving, using machinery, and doing anything else that demands concentration and clear vision until you can do so safely. Avoid consuming too much alcohol. See your doctor if you consume marijuana.
This medication may include aspartame. If you have phenylketonuria (PKU) or any other condition that requires you to limit or avoid aspartame (or phenylalanine) in your diet, speak with your doctor or pharmacist about the safe use of this medication.
Before any kind of surgery, let your dentist or doctor know about everything you use, including over-the-counter, prescription, and herbal drugs.
The side effects of this medicine, including QT prolongation, may be more common in older adults (see above).
This medication is not usually used by women. Therefore, using it while pregnant or nursing is uncommon. Ask your doctor any questions you may have about this medication.
How should this medicine be used?
Vardenafil can be taken orally and dissolves in the mouth without the need for water. It comes in tablet and fast-disintegrating tablet form. It is commonly taken as needed, with or without food, 60 minutes before having sex. Vardenafil should generally not be taken more than once per 24 hours. If you are taking any particular medications or have certain medical conditions, your doctor may suggest that you take vardenafil less frequently. Read the directions on the label of your medication carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to clarify anything you do not understand. Take Vardenafil exactly as directed by a doctor. Never take less or more of it, and never take it more often than prescribed by your physician.
Before using the fast-disintegrating tablet for the first time, thoroughly inspect the blister pack. Do not use any of the medication from the pack if any of the blisters are torn, broken, or missing any tablets. Follow the directions on the label to remove the tablet from the blister packet. It is not appropriate to press the tablet through the foil. Place the tablet onto your tongue and close your mouth as soon as you remove it from the blister pack. The tablet will quickly disintegrate. Water or other liquids should not be consumed with the rapidly dissolving tablet.
Usually, your doctor will start you on a standard dosage of Vardenafil tablets and modify it per your response to the medication. If you are taking the fast disintegrating tablets, your doctor cannot adjust your dosage because there is only one strength available. An individualized dose may be replaced by regular tablets, as advised by your physician. Notify your doctor of any negative effects or if you’re not getting the desired results from vardenafil.
Rapidly dissolving pills cannot be used in place of vardenafil tablets. Verify that the vardenafil you purchase is the precise type that your physician advised. Consult your pharmacist if you have any questions about the type of vardenafil that was prescribed to you.
Storage And Disposal
Keep this medication in the sealed container that it came in and keep it out of the reach of children. Store it at room temperature, out of the bathroom, and away from heat and moisture sources.
It’s critical to dispose of unwanted medicines in a way that prevents ingestion by kids, dogs, and other individuals. However, you shouldn’t flush this medication down the toilet. Utilizing a service known as drug take-back is the most effective approach to get rid of your prescription. Contact the waste management or recycling department, or ask your pharmacist for additional information about take-back programs in your community.
All medication should be kept out of children’s sight and reach because many prescription containers, such as those for eye drops, creams, patches, and inhalers, as well as weekly pill minders, are not child-safe child-resistant and are easily opened by young children. To protect young children from medicine toxicity, always keep the safety caps on. After that, place the medication in a safe location that is out of reach and high up.
Dose And Usage
Vardenafil pills ranging in dosage from 2.5 mg to 20 mg are available. Ten milligrams is usually the first dosage.
There shouldn’t be more than one tablet consumed in 24 hours.
Approximately 10 milligrams of vardenafil are equivalent to 50 mg of sildenafil.
This is a result of vardenafil and sildenafil having distinct chemical makeup.
Vardenafil is taken 25–60 minutes before sexual activity. A maximum of one pill may be used every 24 hours.
Orodispersible tablets must dissolve on the tongue before consumption. It is not recommended to consume them with any kind of beverage.
Usually, the drug works best when pre-sexual stimulation is present because the guy wouldn’t respond to it otherwise.
Vardenafil can be taken with or without food, but drinking alcohol reduces the chance of getting an erection, thus it’s not advised. Alcohol may also increase the likelihood of unfavorable outcomes.
